A graduate of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California (USC), Dr. Do combines his technical expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

Beyond his clinical skills, Dr. Do’s compassion shines through in every patient interaction. He believes in creating a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected. His dedication to continuous learning has led him to pursue advanced training in oral surgery, and he is now a respected educator, sharing his knowledge in implantology, endodontic extraction, and clear aligner therapy with fellow dental professionals.

Dr. Do's philosophy focuses on patient education and preventive care, ensuring that each individual feels empowered and informed about their dental health. With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the dental field, Donna serves as our Office Manager, ensuring every patient receives seamless and compassionate care. Throughout her quarter-century career, she has mastered the complexities of dental administration, from insurance coordination to patient advocacy, making her a vital pillar of our practice.

Outside the office, Donna is a passionate baker, an avid reader, and a dedicated movie enthusiast. However, her greatest joy comes from her family; she treasures every moment spent with her grandsons and loved ones. Whether she is perfecting a new recipe or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a book, her warmth and commitment to others shine through in everything she does.

I’ve been working in the dental field for over six years, and I truly love what I do. I’m passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

I truly take pride in creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and cared for. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me baking something sweet, curled up with a good book, or hosting cozy gatherings with my boyfriend, family, and friends; sharing homemade meals and meaningful moments together.

Karen brings 30 years of experience working in multiple areas of the medical field, with a strong passion for caring for people and making a positive difference in their healthcare experience. Throughout her career, patient service has always been of the utmost importance to her.

Today, Karen is proud to be part of the dental field, where her goal is to ensure that every patient feels welcomed, comfortable, respected, and well cared for. She strives to provide each patient with the best dental experience they have ever received and believes that exceptional care begins with genuine compassion and personal attention.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys soaking up the beautiful San Diego beaches, reading, and traveling. Most importantly, she treasures spending quality time with her family, which is where she finds her greatest joy.

I’m a dental hygienist who truly loves what I do. I enjoy building genuine connections with my patients and creating a comfortable, welcoming experience where they feel cared for and confident in their smile. I’m passionate about patient education and believe that helping people understand their oral health is an important part of providing personalized care.

When I’m not in the dental office, I love spending time with my loved ones and my furry family member, traveling, exploring new places, and getting outdoors. I especially enjoy mountain getaways and making memories along the way.

Traci is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 16 years of experience and a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. She loves building lasting relationships with her patients and believes that education is one of the most powerful tools for improving oral and overall health.

Traci especially enjoys incorporating modern technology, including Guided Biofilm Therapy and iTero digital scanning, to provide thorough, personalized care and help patients better understand their oral health.

Outside of the office, Traci enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cheering on her kids at their activities, traveling, and working on home-design projects.

With over 40 years of experience running successful dental labs in Los Angeles and San Jose, Kim Ly brings a lifetime of craftsmanship to Dental Sense. Specializing in dentures and partials, Kim takes pride in creating natural, confident smiles. As the in-house lab technician, he ensures faster turnaround times and personalized quality with every case.
