With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the dental field, Donna serves as our Office Manager, ensuring every patient receives seamless and compassionate care. Throughout her quarter-century career, she has mastered the complexities of dental administration, from insurance coordination to patient advocacy, making her a vital pillar of our practice.

Outside the office, Donna is a passionate baker, an avid reader, and a dedicated movie enthusiast. However, her greatest joy comes from her family; she treasures every moment spent with her grandsons and loved ones. Whether she is perfecting a new recipe or enjoying a quiet afternoon with a book, her warmth and commitment to others shine through in everything she does.

I’ve been working in the dental field for over six years, and I truly love what I do. I’m passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. I truly take pride in creating a warm, welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable, supported, and cared for. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me baking something sweet, curled up with a good book, or hosting cozy gatherings with my husband, family, and friends—sharing homemade meals and meaningful moments together.

With over 40 years of experience running successful dental labs in Los Angeles and San Jose, Kim Ly brings a lifetime of craftsmanship to Dental Sense. Specializing in dentures and partials, Kim takes pride in creating natural, confident smiles. As the in-house lab technician, he ensures faster turnaround times and personalized quality with every case.
